Just wanted to let you guys know tat I am chilling with the Lupu clan and enjoying my grandmother's incredibly delicious PASCA a sort of a cheese and raisins cake Check it out:

I will be ready for action tomorrow all packed with goodies!

Happy Easter Cosmin!

That is awesome bread/cake I've had it once or twice. My mom goes to a Byzantine Catholic church so we had ours last Sunday, but my great aunt is I want to say Greek Orthodox so she had it today. Best thing ever, 2 Sundays in a row full of goodies like this!

Thanks again guys! I took it easy and I am feeling very very good! Every year, with NO exception whatsoever, you can see footage on TV with folks eating and drinking like crazy on holidays and ending up at the hospital. It's tragicomic somehow...
