Ok Disciples, before you have breakfast you need to do morning exercise. 100 squats followed by 4 laps of The Temple and 50 push ups to cool down with  When you've had your fill, pick up your guitars and start learning this latest Task, which is an attitude filled, hard rock bending frenzy ! Not only will you get to flex your bending muscles but you might pick up some cool rhythmical lick ideas too ! Deadline 27th April. If you fail to meet the deadline then I'm afraid it's going to be the testicles this time. The things you make me do.

Here you go master. The last part is really hard plus I think theres like slight timing issues which I never seem to figure out. Hope its well.
