OK

Well

i Have been playing for 2 years now, and i think i have come a long way since i began

I can write songs but cant ever finish them

My speed picking is getting faster but i have little control over it
My legato is very weak
My Theory knowledge could use a budge
Phrasing needs practice
Solo building
Improvising
and work on my sweep picking
MODES!!!!
oh and also Chords (ALOT OF WORK TO BE DONE HERE)

My achievements i think ...i think i am growing more as an artist doing things that just pop in my head and trasnfer them into music
but i realy want to know what i am doing
i dont want to think to much on it though

what i realy mean is that i need to learn the Techinal part of music a little bit better

i think thats about it! smile.gif

Tomas, you've said that when you get up to speed you lose control. Well, this exercise about string skipping should give you more control. The picking pattern is very important, IT'S ALL ALTERNATE PICKING.

On the other hand I'd ask you to think about precise things to work on so I can think more accurate assigments.
