hi I recently tried to upload a photo and since then I am having issues seeing your site. I tried to adjust the compatibility view settings for the site and tried on both firefox and internet explorer. all the frames disappear and the only items I can see are the basic java info. has this happened before to anyone else? I am able to access the site from another computer to use to try to figure out the issue

Could you please send us the screenshot of how the site looks when you try to access it?
Info about which browser you are using when experiencing the issue and which version of it would be very helpful too.

It sounds to me like a local software/browsers issue and this is what I'd suggest.
Please test accessing the site after each step.

1. Clearing your browser cookies/cache.

How to do it in internet explorer: https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=15141
How to do it in firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

2. Re-installing java : https://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

3. Re-installing adobe flash player : http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

4. Try installing Google Chrome as an alternative browser and accessing the site: http://www.google.com/chrome/

Please let me know how it goes and if you need any help along the way?
