Hi, all. If anyone could help me?
I am tuning down 1/2 step to 6=Eb, 5=Ab, 4=Db, etc. I am using Fender Digital Guitar Tuner. So for example when I am tuning for Eb, should I tune on 6E -50cent ?, that the meter goes toward far left on the tuner. Is that collect way to do? But I can't get it right, because when meter goes to far left, it tend to change to 4D or something like that, and also the string G are sounds out of tune, so i can't follow the meter. Is there any other better way tune down?

Then, altlhough not so happy i managed tune down, then when I played the chord E5, it sounds ringing. again 3G are problem. Is that got to do with I am not press that key strong enough or what?

tks

Xfm has rock school competition. These kids are very good. You can listen to it and vote. The band is called 'Shiva' is from our local rock school, so i vote for them. But the others are good, too. Check it out. You can listen to their interview as well. that was quite funny.

Hello Gabriel
I do enjoy your lesson very much. I don't know any band on your 'style lesson' but I like it as you creat it. Only one band I know is Muse, and I love their music. I have been practicing solo part of 'Hysteria' for long time, but still it is too fast for me and I make unwanted sounds. I was wondering it has been while since you did Muse style lesson last, could you please create another muse lesson? with the sound of solo part of 'Hysteria'? It is too specific but then I can see how your finger move and picking.
I know you are busy and poeple asking many things, so if you havn't got time it is ok, i will wait until then. many thanks smile.gif

p.s. I am practicing 'neoclassical sharpnel lesson' everyday. I am still away from your speed but I feel I am getting better on this. great lesson, thank you

Hi, I enjoy GMC lesson. There are so many lessons, so I deceided to focus one lesson and memorize and play. I am practicing Gabriel's Neoclassical Shrapnel Style lesson for two days, maybe 5hours in total. but I still not remember all tab. I still make mistakes. (never mind the speed, I don't expect to be as fast as him.) Am I just too slow learner or is that lack of knowledge of scale understanding? I still not know about scales and not yet memorizing all the fingerboard. Is there any good and quicker way of memorizing tab?
