Best prizes:
1) Cirse CD (or any other instructors cd..)
2) A lesson of your choice
3) Photo with signature of favourite instructor...

pretty cheap solutions and one day, Pavels photo with signature could be worth a pretty big sum:D

I think those are great runner up prizes, the signed photo idea is particularly good I think

How about a riff competiton?

We could have one for different styles of music, Blues, rock, metal ect.

riff competition looks good for me but I wouldn't split it:
Instead I'd say "today it's about the best metal riff" next week/month about best blue lick.
But mixed styles would make it hard to compare them i think

cheers

maybe we could have a tab interpretation contest,
where an instructor plays a lick, and we tab it. Whoever's tab is
closest to the real thing will win. unsure.gif

Ahh, yes, very wise! I was wondering how to handle that ... of course that makes it harder for people to follow along with the competition through the entry period sad.gif

You could just keep giving updates on who has posted an entry and maybe how close they got to being correct percentage wise.
