Actually it is the best way.In my experience ,and I did try everything,this is the far best way to rest your vocal cores.

well if I haw a tv show in 8 o clock in the morning(and I need to sing on it),I always get up 2 and a half hours earlier,so my voice wake up too. -------------------- |
