I'd say that it's what has become known as a 'Travel Guitar'! wink.gif
There's quite a few available including a Martin one! They're basically built so that when in a case they will still fit in the overhead lockers on Aircraft. They come in different body styles and also I've seen some that are Electro-acoustic too!
