Hey Guys tongue.gif

I searched our local second hand site and I found a VOX Valvetronix AD50VT for 200 euros. I really like the idea with the power knob on the back, so I can pump it tongue.gif The thing I like less is all the effects, but I could bypass the effects and only use the amp modeling..

is 200 euros a good deal for that amp?

UPDATE 1: Hughes & Ketther 2x 8o Watt 225 euros... A bit loud for my room tongue.gif

I have the AD30VT and it's a great little amp. The power knob in the back does come in handy for sure, and yes you can bypass the effects very easily if don't wish to use them. Vox is no longer making this line as far as I know, at least that's what I read somewhere I could be wrong. But they are great amps for sure. As for the price it seems reasonable but I can't remember what they were going for when they first cam out. I got my amp for about $250 canadian which I think is around $ 150 euro... my conversion may be wrong wink.gif

I've played this amp in the studio and it is a good amp. Has some flexibility and can pack a punch. I'm not sure about the condition tho Kaz, you should definitely try it before you buy.

Yeah, definitely try it out first, but if it's fine, I think it's a pretty good deal smile.gif

If the amp is in good shape, then it's definetly a good offer. The Vox AD's rock!

It's possible that I can get an appointment tonight, and my pa is fine with the driving, but only if I buy something tongue.gif Now the pressure rises tongue.gif If I think the amp is crap I'm not gonna buy it, and I"m gonna bring my own guitar, but I guess it's quite good tongue.gif
