There are bunch of video applications that can make our life easier. Unfortunately they are mostly expensive, but some are free, like ManyCam. This handy app enables you to apply effects to your video stream (webcam), outputs desktop resolution and couple of more interesting options. It serves as a video switcher to, so you can handle couple of video sources.
