Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey Rhida!

Congratulations on being a hardworking man! Mate, I can see improvements in what regards the triplets section, which is almost there - you are close to playing all the notes evenly and in time - there are just small rushes here and there. The only thing here is the 16th note part, which is rushed and it misses notes. Please take the time to isolate the 16th notes section and play each group of 16th notes in good time and without missing any note at a slow tempo in order to make sure you have a strong serious grasp on them, before implementing them back into the context, deal?

All the best and keep rocking!

Cosmin

Almost there man !

The 16th notes at the end are the weakest link. They're not coming out very even.. try setting up a metronome and practising 16th notes only.. just do a burst for a few seconds then rest.. try another burst. Focus on each note being the same duration and make sure the down / up strokes are consistent.

The triplets are sounding much better now as well, although they can also benefit from tightening up.

Improving your picking is going to be a longer journey than passing this REC but you're nearly there smile.gif

Hi Hard Worker!! smile.gif smile.gif

I'm sure that you have been practicing this one, but by now the improvements are not notorious comparing this one with the previous take. The problem is still there when the 16th notes appear so keep on practicing this lesson, and isolate that section to focus on it.

There is nothing else to add here, just keep on the great job. wink.gif
