Yeah!! My favourite instrumental album of all time!! My favourites are Race Against Disaster and Miles Of Machines smile.gif

Might also add that Galneryus - Shriek Of Vengeance isn't an instrumental, there is a demo on youtube where Syu is playing an instrumental version for Young Guitar I think. But on the album and when they play it live it has vocals wink.gif

Gentaro Satomura, from Japan, playing a neoclassical demo for Young Guitar.

I recommend checking out his demos from his bands songs in "related videos" (Evil Eyes and Arrow Of Time), for anyone who like this, even though they're not instrumental smile.gif

Edit:

Some more metal instrumentals:

Genghis Khan (Iron Maiden)
Absolution (Megadeth)
Into the Lungs of Hell (Megadeth)

A band I like, Karma to Burn, did nothing but instrumentals. The songs are all just numbers. huh.gif

Might not be as metal as you like, but I think they rock.

Check out the Liquid tension - Experiment, this is a classic.
Also, Dream Theater has few really awesome instrumentals, then, Iron Maiden - Transilvaina, absolutely brilliant.
