How about a riff competiton?
We could have one for different styles of music, Blues, rock, metal ect. |

maybe we could have a tab interpretation contest, where an instructor plays a lick, and we tab it. Whoever's tab is closest to the real thing will win. Great!! +1 We'll stick to easy/middle level things of course,no freaking stuff. Lets hear what head of the department has to say about it. -------------------- Youtube

i love this idea! ofcourse entries will have to be PM'd otherwise there will be copying edit:typo Ahh, yes, very wise! I was wondering how to handle that ... of course that makes it harder for people to follow along with the competition through the entry period -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile

Ahh, yes, very wise! I was wondering how to handle that ... of course that makes it harder for people to follow along with the competition through the entry period But how about MP3 response to the lick? No tab, just take. I mean if you can tab it,you can probably play it. -------------------- Youtube
