I know scuba divers who where diving over a riff and that suddenly goes steep down for more than 100 meter and they suffered height sickness at that time looking down -------------------- Gear:

You need good upper body strength with endurance legs. Leg's are also trained to be in sync and with precision jumping. You notice most people lead with one leg as they jump, we jump and plant with both while mantaining balance with the upper body, then normally relax rolling into the shoulder to take off the impact. When I look up near a tall building, it feels like the building is shaking and the sky too, head whirls (if English people say like that, but I think you understand what I mean  ), knees bend and I feel fear
