I woke up today and tried to play my guitar but barely could, as my bicep was killing me. It doesn't hurt much if I'm not playing the guitar, but if I am, or I tense it up a bit, it'll feel like someones driving a nail through it from the elbow up.
I've been doing nothing but playing guitar for the last week(literally, I've skipped out on eating at some points), and up until today, thought nothing of it. Maybe I'm tensing my arm up, and this is my cue to realize it, and stop? I never really noticed any tension on my picking hand, so I guess thats why I don't know what it is.
I normally play guitar for an hour or two at max a day.
All of the above are easy reasons why it could be because of playing guitar, but I always play sitting down at home, and rarely exceed 140 BPM due to my play style.
Has anyone else had this issue, and know if it's guitar related?
