Nope didn't think so either. We all know parents don't get this.

I can show you how to be the virtuoso your folks could only dream about, but I first need your help:

* Pm me and I will show you where to start. I am online every day and I will help you out directly!

* Join my mentoring program. I will customize your learning experience in a way you haven't experienced before. We will have regular contact so that you can remain inspired every day and eventually reach a new level.

* Join my next video chat! GMC startpage holds a video chat schedule. We always cover a lot of ground and have fun. Remember that you don't need any previous knowledge, and you can be passive in the chat.

* Jam with me - you will find active collabs here.

* Post a topic on this board, guitar related or not - doesn't matter! You will find that chatting with instructors boosts your motivation to practice.

* You haven't missed my latest video lessons, have you?

* Oh and did you know that to become a killer guitarist you just need to focus on one thing? Everything
else is secondary. Pm me and I will explain.

Hey GMC!

It seems like METAAAAALL is still leading the votes this week, so here you go!

The second Metal Drum Track!

Enjoy your practice and start sharpening those composition skills!

Cool track man! smile.gif
It would be fun just to practice some simple exercises over such drum backing instead of metronome hehe

I see that Funk has got some votes too tongue.gif

Hey Cosmin, I was just wondering: since a person cannot vote again in the poll, are we depending on others to vote for another style?

Guess so, hmmmm, I'll have to talk to Kris about this, we need diversity, right? smile.gif

Hey guys smile.gif

here's a little Gp file with the ideas I've shown on Wednesday on the video chat. The GP doesn't allow me to do awesome bends so, for the second part, exagerate them as much as you can! Think of Dimebag or Zakk Wylde biggrin.gif and I'm sure you'll get them right.

Try and record your ideas over the slow versions of the backing tracks I uploaded yesterday and if you need anything, just ask biggrin.gif

Cosmin

Guys, since it is obvious that Metal will lead for a long time from now (if we stick to this system of poll voting) I wanted to ask you all something.

What would you say if, for the sake of diversity, we would just answer to this thread for voting - you just have to add a style and the one having the most written votes wins that week.

What would you say if we would switch to funk this week?

Waiting on your opinions biggrin.gif

Whoops, totally missed your post a week ago. Yeah, sounds good. Nice funk track!

PS You may want to post a new topic or edit this one, so that people are aware of having to post their votes.

Hey mates - YES, YES, YES biggrin.gif It's Monday and that means - new drum track!

This Monday I tried a modern rock ballad something similar to Creed maybe or possibly Sevendust - that area anyway smile.gif

Check it out and feel free to record and upload your takes tongue.gif

If you have any requests regarding styles - go for it tongue.gif and it'll happen next Monday wink.gif

Voted for metal \m/ tongue.gif But I would like a more slow-mid tempo drumtrack for a ballad/mid tempo song:)
