Hey guys,
finally another student instructor lesson from me...been a while, but I promise more will follow shortly I recorded this a while back, right after I came from a Scorpions concert. Since Ben already did a great lesson in their style, I focused on their softer side. So we have a verse/intro part which is also a cool warm-up exercise and a few lead melodies, accompanied by power chords. I really hope I don't need to say anything about The Scorpions themselves...do I? Pretty sure everybody knows them. So, enjoy this lesson! Looking forward to your feedback, and if you haven't already please subscribe to my youtube channel, add me on facebook and so on Christian Here we go: main video: spoken introduction: part 1: part 2: tabs:

Hey Christian, Great lesson!! Thanks Hey, I have a request Thanks man! Haha, a rec take would be fun, you'd probably play better the I did in the original take The crazy train idea sounds cool 1. Learn the first riff 2. Wait for a new collab (collabs by english instructors work best) 3. Pay attention to the key, shift the original riff into that key (but this is optional) 4. That's it Christian! That's really a great lesson, thanks! You perfectly captured their ballad-style if I can say so Just saw I haven't subscribed to your channel yet - done Marc Thank you Marc! Cool to have a new subscriber...though it's dangerous to have german guys, you could actually suggest weird german bands for lessons...like Tokio Hotel. Your joke about Tokio Hotel was very amusing! Great Lesson! Haha, yeah...I think they're through now, but there were times when they probably were the best known german band Hi Christian, The Scorpions a great band to make a lesson for. You did a great job here. Good work. Keep it up Thanks a lot my friend -------------------- |

Great work on the vid though Haha, good one Every german who hasn't been hiding in a cave for the last years knows about Tokio Hotel. But I admit it, I like 1 or 2 of their songs. And a true story: When my Ex and I first saw the video for "Durch den Monsun" (their first hit) we were both like: Hey, that chick has a cool voice for a chick Wow! Great lesson, Christian! Thank you Gary, I'm glad you like it! This inspires me to do more lessons in the future -------------------- |
