Hey Melted Graphics
Sorry for the late reply, I haven't been very active on the forums lately, there are times when I get really busy, and lately its been hell.
Enjoyed listening to your take, the drums sound a little funny they are shuffled, you should try using another backing, that makes the tune sound different, but actually gave me some ideas for a shuffled metal
I'll provide you my backing drums for you to practice, it will make it easier for you to follow the.
The pinch harmonics are accomplished by hitting the string with the finger right after you hit it with the pick, try doing this in different parts of the string, it gives different sounds, as a matter of fact I did it at different location when I doubled to get a wider stereo sound.
Cheers
Thanks for the reply Jose,
I really got into this lesson, being that this was my first upload, it really inspired me to practice a lot more. I would really like it if I had your backing to do another recording of this, that would be really cool. I'm using my Boss Micro BR to do the recording and the drums, I have'nt quite got the hang of recording with it yet, the recording don't sound the same as when I playing. Plus I have'nt been able to find really good drum beat on it yet. Do you have a suggestions on where I could find better drum beats.
Thanks,
Meltedgraphics
