You could practice it alone with metronome. I also think that it could sound better and more precise if you play a bit stronger with your right hand. Keep on practicing! But I that's a normal problem because sometimes when we record something we are nervous and exited to record and that's the reason why we tend to anticipate some chopps/lines/notes. I think that if you play over the lesson feeling the pulse you'll be more relaxed and place the notes in their right place. Check the intonation above the 12th fret, is slightly detuned.
