New Guitar Ordered

Well after going to a guitar center my mind once again was not only changed but set on a new guitar. I played the ESP Alexi -600 Blacky guitar and I fell in love with it. The alder wood was unbelievably light. The neck binding was just beautiful and most importantly the guitar plays like a dream. He liked Jackson guitars when Marty was with Megadeth which is how I got my Jackson Kelly, ever since he I guess "mellowed out" his common saying to me is, "Why do you want a $2000.00 Jackson when you could get a Gibson Les Paul that's much better. So for his choice it was all Gibson and Fender. Guitars though, the come in different shapes and sizes and everyone has their own preferences. Personally though I think he understands I am almost 15 years old and I deserve at least something different then the standard strat you know. I love that there's only one pickup on it aswell. Hard to "cheat" when shredding without a neck pickup which is a positive thing in my mind.
