I've been quite happy with the free Tux Guitar for my tabbing needs, but it doesn't give me much versatility when it comes to the presentation of compositions. My last etude I put in it, will only come out at 1 measure per line, making it a few pages worth.

What are Guitar Pro 6's plus points and does it give more options for layout?

Out of what I know, the GP 5 with which I am working, usually shows more bars/line, but it was like this without me doing any modifications to it. I am not that experienced with tabbing things, so let's see what other folks have to say here
