So GMC, 2007 Comes to a close soon, what has been your favorite albums released this year?

I would have to pick:

Iced Earth - Framing Armageddon
Epica - The Divine Conspiracy
Arch Enemy - Rise Of The Tyrant
Nightwish - Dark Passion Play
3 Inches Of Blood - Fire Up The Blades
Nile - Ithyphallic
King Diamond - Give Me Your Soul...Please
Therion - Gothic Kabbalah

Of course there are many more worthy of mention....But would do you guys think?

Great albums, and i tried to keep it as ecleptic as possible (not sure if they're all 07 tho )

The Sword actually debuted there album in '06 i believe, i remember i bought it for like $5 in a store when it came out, although relatively no one knew who they were until '07, so i guess it counts.

I seriously can't keep track of what albums have been released this year, but I'll try to list some that I think were released this year and I like..

Pelican - City of Echoes
Explosions in the Sky - All of A Sudden I Miss Everyone

I can't think of any more, except the nile album wich I like, but I don't like it as much as those listed above so I won't list it

When you see it live its a different story, Manowar said that they needed those in order for the story to play out right, Live, its a whole nother thing, totally amazing.
