Hey guys.Do you know any good site or book for recording basics for home studio? I'm having a difficulty to find good information about this particularly with organized topics.

To be honest the best way is to get an intern at a pro studio but those are usually low paid and are now quite hard to come by.

Books:

Mixing Audio: concepts, practices and tools - Roey Izhaki
Recording secrets for the home studio - Mike Senior
Mixing with your mind - Mike Stavrou

Those are good basic/intermediate books on mixing. If they are too advanced then check out stuff by Paul White.

To a great extent though you also have to actually mix in order to learn how to do it. (The same is true for recording and mastering.) Reading about it will help provide technical explanations as to what you are doing but you need to marry theory and practice.
