Webcams are today becoming very good, with hi-res images, and great software that comes with them, which can detect faces, apply effects etc.. Have you ever considered webcam for more serious use? What prevents you from that?

Have you ever tried it on a stand?

It would be very interesting to have 3 of these plugged into one computer and controlling all of then with one software, I think results (with good lightning) would be very satisfactory.
