Fusion Series!! A series covering the basic elements for playing Fusion Rock and also covering the styles of players like Guthrie Govan, Greg Howe, Brett Garsed, Allan Holdworth, Frank Gambale, etc.. would be awesome and you're the man for that! smile.gif

a intermediate-advanced reggae lesson with an emphasis on dub. something in the style of aaron dugan from matisyahu perhaps. there is virtually no lessons in this style on the entire internet excepte maybe the jamaica rock lesson on gmc. a lesson which involves using some cool delay settings with use of the tap tempo would be particularely good. and some other effects too. Thanks!!

I would love to have the lesson of Ted the Mechanic's solo by Steve Morse. I always wanted to learn that solo but its very tricky to nail it down without help.

The thing is I can't rally post other peoples songs because of the copyrights!
I can get his techniques and make one alike is it gonna work?

There are several copyrighted songs present here as lessons absent written material (tabs etc.), but either way it's cool for me smile.gif

Well you are right there are a few lessons but the process of clearing copyrights is too complicated and I'd rather not deal with it!
I will make a lesson in this style soon! smile.gif

How about a series in the style of Eddie Van Halen? There are actually very few lessons here which focus on his style. And the main one by Muris has 182 comments. I think it's important to keep the focus on enormously popular (80 million albums sold worldwide) hard rock players like him. That's not to knock other rock styles (I love fusion, jazz, reggae, etc.) but the fact is that people like my wife, her friends and even her yuppie sister had Van Halen albums. (Young girls drive album sales) Not to mention that most players on youtube are unable to execute his style, because I believe that the effortlessness in his Blues licks are extremely difficult to pull off.

After reading this again I understand why you didn't respond. I should have just requested for a lesson in the style of Eddie Van Halen and left it at that. My apologies to anyone offended.

I would love to see an Alex Hutchings style series, like begginer, intermediate and advance lesson. I think you and A.Hutchings have a lot in common in your playing style.

Thanks Alex.
