Because GMC is not something that can be touched.. for it would result in instant death. huh.gif

Bumper stickers. That way we can advertise all over town. cool.gif

Seems like a good idea for the shirts. I would buy a GMC shirt.

Posted by: gregc1 Aug 10 2012, 09:41 PM

Maybe regular t-shirts for people to buy (I would) and also maybe different t-shirts or something that's given out to students who reach certain accomplishments or milestones? I know there is the scoring system now for that but it could kind of go hand in hand.

YOU CAN GET CMG SHIRTS! here is the link. I"m assuming these are OFFICIAL gmc products? Otherwise, they should pull them down!

I want BLACK LONG SLEEVE! With Skulls smile.gif

I kind of like the fact that there is nothing for sale on this site. Great lessons for a great price; I think its a winning formula.

Since GMC members are from all over the world, I think shipping would be prohibitively expensive. A $20 shirt shipped from Sweden to where I live in the US would probably end up costing at least $50. I don't know about you guys, but I'm not about to pay $50 for a T-shirt. I'm quite sure I'm not the only one.

Sorry to be such a party pooper sad.gif

Yeah, actually didn't think about that. That could get dicey.

I don't know what shipping from Cafe Press is internationally but how bad can it be for a Tshirt?

It's amazing how expensive T shirts actually are.. and that's just dollars. Try the same amount in British Pounds.. mellow.gif

Posted by: Cosmin Lupu Aug 11 2012, 12:41 PM

Guys.. There are t shirts available as merch for 20 euros, so 10 bucks feels pretty ok in comparison. Right?

Absolutely Cosmin - I recently bought a t-shirt for my daughter that cost £45 and it was in a sale ohmy.gif .

A little OT - I wonder why Cafepess's cheapest 'men's tshirt' is 1/2 the price of the cheapest woman's when they look pretty much identical?
(I can imagine what Cafepress's answer will be but it still looks odd to me...)

Posted by: PosterBoy Aug 11 2012, 12:55 PM

Women are always prepared to pay more for clothes.

The T shirts I tend to buy like DC Shoes ones are around €35 here

Posted by: Cosmin Lupu Aug 12 2012, 02:54 PM

Ummm... what's Caffepress? biggrin.gif

Posted by: tonymiro Aug 12 2012, 05:26 PM

They are the company making and selling the t shirts Cosmin.

Posted by: wollace03 Aug 12 2012, 06:51 PM

hi!

has anyone bought a t-shirt yet? I wonder what´s the quality...

maybe the shirt makes me play better when I practice gmc lessons.... (I would really need that cool.gif

I for one would love to wear cool GMC merch - and we have been looking at several different logo/design suggestions to allow for a fresh t-shirt and pick design (etc).

However I do agree with this:

Sacrificing our precious pixels to sell expensive merch does not feel right to me currently. Perhaps there will be a good third party option for GMC merch in the future - but right now all our focus is on offering a better learning experience at GMC.

I didn't know about this. ohmy.gif
