what does everyone want to work on for our first project? A cover of some song, or some original stuff? I'd say we cover some song for our first project to see how things are going to work.

I think it's a no contest...I also think Laid to Rest is the best, and between Outlaw's and Pizzoaro's choices, that would get my vote...What about you Enucleation?

I'd say it's okay to express that. A name change is okay by me. I'm also fine with keeping Crusader Soldiers. If we do change maybe we could vote on Avalanche and Pandemic Death, as those were the top 2 under CS. Or we could do something else. I think we should wait for Filipe to put his input in.

I dropped my guitar to drop D tonight, and practiced a little of the song laid to rest... then got hung up playing that song unholy confessions by avenged sevenfold... then there goes the night, ill try to practice it more on wednesday night, i have my son on tuesdays in the summer.

Since you guys all voted Crusader, I figured you liked it, but it must have been the best of my options than. I have no problem with a change of name if that's what you wish Outlaw, and I'm glad you stated your opinion since I don't like anybody to feel they're being ignored. Do you guys wish on changing the name to either Avalanche or Pandemic Death? And I'll also have to consult Steve about this, and Lars

Lamb of god was a marilyn manson song, and they sound totally different

About the band name I think we should the 2 names in question(Pandemic Death and Unholy Confessions) and vote on them when Filipe returns. Until then I think we should concentrate on the current project.

Ok, I've been really busy lately so it's hard for me to do anything...I'm gonna try to post a logo and my own guitar recording of laid to rest, but it's gonna be very difficult since my strato is in the guitarshop and I'll leave next monday for germany...I'll keep you guys updated of my status

Yeah i like that one alot... looks wicked...Ill work on it in photoshop and add our band name in there when i get the chance
Im sorry i havent had the chance to practice our song much lately, ive had my son alot lately and he requires alot of my time and attention..
Just messed with photoshop, havent played with this program in years... but heres a rough draft .. I gotta read up on photoshop and relearn some stuff with it... this is just an idea and rough draft

Guys, I'm very sorry...I was super irresponsible but, hey, we all have our lives and last months I was busy with school and personal band. As for this project, as I was talknig to Lars at the precise moment, it's difficult to assign what to do to the laid to rest project. I lost all my work on mixing because I reinstalled my pc and lost everything to be precise. We have two options:
We forget the Laid to Rest project, since all members haven't participated in it and start working again on something, and assign chores to each other, and each member makes a statement saying what he'd like to do.
Someone finishes the mixing in Laid to Rest, I'm in no condition to do it in this moment since I'll be gone for some days for the New Year, and than we decide what to do later...
It's up to you guys, and I'm sorry for leaving this project to die, will try my best not to do it again in the future

I have looked at the song and started working on the rythm parts and some parts i can nail easilly but some part will be harder but we have to devide it first so everyone know what to do

Sorry it took me so long guys. I'm willing to continue but some gear issues may prevent me from recording now. My Pod's USB connection is pretty jacked up. I'm going to try to find someone who can fix it. The best I can do for a while is use my friends Podxt Live. That isn't very reliable so I think I should back down at least temporarily.
Sorry guys, I'm definitly not happy with this either.

Well I'll have a chance to use my bud's Pod at least once a week (normally more since we try to have band practice 2 times a week) so if you guys are willing to work with me on that then I'd be more than happy to do Kissing the Shadows. Also this is hopefully temporarily so... yeah

I have started working on the song and so far i can say that i can pretty much play the rythm part at full speed along with the real song but i think we need to talk togheter on howe to split up the song among us all.......
