Anyone using any EWQL products? If so, how are you finding the quality of the instruments and integration with your DAW etc? Any major hassles?

They seem great and the demos are amazing, just wondering if any have first-hand experience.

I've been using some of them, not lately though. The symphonic orchestras are great. They are one of the major companies in the art of sampling and makes only professional stuff. I've never had any issues with their products unless that the computers RAM-memory always are too small.... tongue.gif

I use most of their products and they're all wonderful. Pricey but worth every penny.

Thanks guys. My computer is close to dying so after I upgrade, I'm going to start collecting some good instruments and I'm really interested in EWQL's orchestral and choral packs. smile.gif

Excellent choice. There is a bit of a learning curve, especially if you wish to use the software to its full potential. Again, though, it is worth it. Also, if you get stuck I'd happily help. Plus, they have a good forum for support.

Artemus, thanks for the offer. Do you have any demos available online using their instruments? I've been through all the ones on the site and there's some amazing stuff but I'd like to hear how others use it too.

I haven't got anything online yet, but I do have a work in progress somewhere within the depths of my computer that you can listen to. I'll have a look for it and send you a PM.

Oh, actually, there is something - one of their piano packages. I use it to record my piano sounds and if you keep your eyes on my previous post (the silly one on camera angles), I'll post a video there within the hour.

Thanks, no rush though. I'm off soon for the rest of the day (early morning here in Oz) and will be busy all weekend.

Ps. After looking at your other post I see what you mean now anyway. Cheers. biggrin.gif

It's a relatively complicated software. I suggest reading the manual, it will save you a lot of hassle.
