Well, for me, I tell myself not to rush, take my time doing a hard or fast section. I tend to practice lessons out of my reach to push myself and once I reach my target for the day, I reward myself by doing a lesson I can easily handle. So I just try to get the feel right, the right volume, the right dynamics. And the right notes - I've tried to stop looking at the scale boxes and start looking at the neck as a whole.
