Flea from Red Hot Chilli Peppers said this guys is the best bass player in the world, he is more famous for his electronic music compositions.

Oh my, THAT was some fast funk playing... smile.gif If he's not the best, he may be the fastest at least...

Yeah, lots of notes, most of which are muted/slapped! smile.gif

Dunno about fastest. There's this dude to remember:

I'd totally agree that squarepusher sounds better though, at least the ~90 seconds I was able to listen through.

Wow, that's impressive bass playing indeed biggrin.gif

He's got a good style! wink.gif But from "fast" bass players Victor Wooten is still my favorite smile.gif

I agree with Bodgan. Wooten has a certain flare that this guy doesn't have. Obviously skilled though. Some of those really fast bass players, in my opinion, aren't really playing things that are musical. It's rather hard to listen to once you've gotten past watching the technical aspect of the playing. *shrug*

Yeah Bogdan, Wooten is amazing!

Chopper sounding bass slapping lines !
I enjoy 2nd section more than the 1st - cleaner less notes and more intention in the expression!

wow! I really enjoyed the first guy's playing,

drummer is quite good too

That's some serious playing. I love it!
