Greetings, disciples !
Everybody can now gather for morning exercise. Pick a partner and carry them on your back for 2 laps of the temple then change over and do it again. When you're done, it's 100 push ups with a twist.. I want you to clap your hands together between each push up. This will help with your speed I know I'm being very kind to you.. but I like to give people what they want  When exercise is finished.. you get a 5 minute break to relax and then you all eat your bowl of noodles. Then it's back to your guitar !

You guys are making me curious! And I found an online-shop that sells that stuff here in Germany. Slightly more expensive than in the UK though...but if you guys say it's worth it?!

Good morning warriors-in-training !
You will now find that 3 more Tasks have appeared in the forum. From now on, you will see these Tasks appear under the names of 'Beginner Bushido Task 2' etc.. look for them on the day of every deadline for your next Task. Remember that you can always pick a Task from any group if you feel like you will benefit more from that particular Task that week.. Right, before we go any further.. time for morning exercise. Warm up with some jogging on the spot, star jumps... 50 push ups, 50 squats. 2 laps of the Temple with a partner on your back then swap. Your guitars are waiting in the rack...
