Guys, we really need a lesson in the style of Richie Sambora. I've practised a couple of his solos and it has added SO much to my playing lately. I really think that this guy is being underestimated. I see so many lessons of Slash/Steve Vai/etc, but no Richie Sambora, while in my opinion he's the definition of rock guitarist.
Are there any instructors that feel the calling?
Oh and if there's not gonna be a lesson on him, I really recommend listening to his solos and try to play along with them. You won't regret it
I'd like a Sambora lesson too
Not a bad idea... not a bad idea AT ALL!
I've only checked this guy out lately but his playing was really inspiring as well as rewarding listening to it.
I've been learning Wanted Dead or Alive the last couple of days and it actually got me into looking into some of his other stuff. I think he is underestimated as a guitarist and a lesson would be nice!
He really does some great guitar work and has been one of my favorites for a long time.
Check out his solo ablum "Stranger In This Town"
Edit: I could of posted you many links to cool songs, etc.. But I found this on Youtube. Check this out. He has been around for a long time and is a great musician.

You gotta check out the solo in My guitar lies bleeding in my arms too... love it!
Great guitarist, I wasn't a big fan of Bon Jovi, but when I was in a band as a kid and wanted to play Metallica, my bandmates agreed only if I played Bon Jovi, so I had to learn a few songs, and then I notices the guitar work, very cool stuff.
Now I am trying to think what were his signature licks, or signature sound, so that I can create a In the style of Ritchie Sambora lesson, because he changed his style a little as he evolved musically he was more into shred in the earlier Bon Jovi albums.
Loads of pinch harmonics, scale runs from the g to the high e, uhmm... I think he uses blue notes too.. maybe that helps
I might do this one soon
Will let you know I am writing it down
Allright!! Thanks a lot
