Man, what a sound he has! Anyway, here is my take. It would be great to pass, but I am mainly submitting this because I have done over 100 takes of this lesson and I mess up every time the camera goes on. Maybe this will help me get past that. : )
Hi Jon, man I'm seeing some definite improvements in your playing
Some of the notes you slightly missed and a couple of times you were slightly behind on the chord shifts but overall you kept the groove going and managed to articulate the arpeggios well. I'd say a pat on the back was in order
Hi Jon!
You did a good job learning this lesson!
I would suggest to practice it at a very slow and try to get every note sound perfect!
If you will follow my advice you will see a big improvement in a week!
This is a promising ! You'll get rid of the nervousness before the shooting, don't worry. Now,on the first place-the timing is good!
As you can see - you have a few mistakes, but not as tragic as you represent. Arpeggio playing requires a bit more concentration, especially the synchronization of both hands and the correct sequence picking. The only cure for it is a slower pace !
See what's easier for you - exercise at a slow tempo or practicing in front of camera, in both cases success is guaranteed. !
Hi Jon! I totally agree with the guys! Focus on getting each note as clean as possible and in the same time, follow a good flow on the position changes
As Sinisa said - practice in front of the cam or even in front of friends!
Congrats on the progress mate! IT IS THERE AND IT CAN BE SEEN AND HEARD!
Cosmin
Hi man! It's not a bad take but I think that you still have to practice this one at slower tempos to feel more comfortable with each chord shape and with the changes. I think that your timing is good as well as your right hand technique.
8 on this one!
