This is the latest spending spree result (RGA 121) . Got it used for a very good price. Anyway, I went to set it up and I could not get the intonation set. The range of motion on the saddles did not allow proper adjustment (wouldn't move back far enough). So what to do????

I removed the bridge and found 6 little springs under there (Gebralter bridge). I had to cut coils off three of them to get the intonation adjusted properly. The coils were to long and would bind completely before it moved back far enough. This completely fixed the problem.
Has anyone else experienced this. It almost seems the routed for the bridge in the wrong place...not by much but enough to cause this problem.

Anyway ..problem solved ... hope this helps someone else.
Peace!
