Yes, it's a little pricey. But check it out. Fat octaves yeah, but that organ sound really makes it incredible IMO. I think this is my next purchase O_o

Cool JVM. Thanks for the share. That organ synth really reminded me of a "Rush" tone.

Yes, it's a little pricey. But check it out. Fat octaves yeah, but that organ sound really makes it incredible IMO. I think this is my next purchase O_o That's interesting. There's a bunch of interesting demos on Youtube out there for this device. I'd like to hear someone abusing it though, like the organ through a nasty distortion. I'm more of a fan of destroying your tone more, I think. I like to listen to the sounds of Jimmy Page and Clapton, but I like making the sounds of Ministry, Nirvana and NIN. I can't help it. Aaron North kicks my butt. Tim Skold too. I was going to go into that more here, but it's kinda hijacking the thread, I think. I'll do something separate in a bit. -------------------- Guitars: ESP Semi-Hollow Eclipse, 1984 Ibanez Roadstar RS440, Peavey T-60, Daisy Rock Rock Candy Custom
Amps: Peavey Transformer 112, Epiphone Valve Jr head with custom 2x12 cab Pedals: Boss TU-2, Budda Bud-Wah, Chuck Collins Harmonic Percolator clone |

EHX pedals are the best ones to go for when you want to be able to really make some weird noises. Really, they do great "normal" effects, but they're also some really extreme stuff... you'll find nirvana, dinosaur jr, and a lot of those kind of guys using electro harmonix. For good reason -------------------- Gear: Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster, Gibson '67 RI Flying V, Mesa Boogie F-30 112 combo, crazy pedals. |

BUMP!
I was wondering, with the way this thing has sliders rather than knobs, if there would be a way (maybe some of you tinkerers would have an answer) that you could hook something like a Third Hand expression pedal to the dry output slider to be able to move seamlessly from say, a distorted guitar tone to an overdriven hammond like tone. It would be really cool for deep purple kind of stuff. -------------------- Gear: Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster, Gibson '67 RI Flying V, Mesa Boogie F-30 112 combo, crazy pedals. |
