I am proud to present the first "in the style of" lesson.
http://www.freelicks.net/FILM/Login/Slash_...impr_teaser.wmv I have basically put together the slash inspired licks wich have worked for me and my students to improvise around. It would be cool to hear your "slashy" improvisations. Maybe we can have some kind of "sound like slash contest" with the backing tracks provided. (Once you have had the time to practice the stuff, off course) Hope you will like it - and as always, let me know if I have missed something in the lesson... /Kris -------------------- I do not have any natural talent at all - you can beat me with hard work.
Check out my video lessons + Kris & Marcus collab KMC Metal. My latest songs: "Mittwoch" & "A Loner" |

For legal reasons there can be no copyrighted songs inside the masterclass. The masterclass is more about different techniques, improvisation, practicing etc.
If you have gone through all the material at freelicks you will have no problem picking out songs/solos yourself. The closest we will come to copyrighted songs are "in the style of" lessons. I am working on an Eric Johnson "in the style of" lesson, looking forward to that! /Kris |

Who knows? I'd have to get more into his playing first, this is something I have purposely avoided because there are so many yngwie clones.
But hey its never to late to be a clone! |
