Been thinking about building my own guitar but did not know where to start so I though I would buy a kit to get the feel of it.
And I found this site offering pretty cheap kits made by the Kit Company in a variety of shapes prices start from £65.00 which is cheap if you want to have a go and dont want to spend loads I think this is a good place to start. Although i would probably buy upgraded Tuners pickups bridge etc Check It i like the prs style kit Guitar building Kits -------------------- |

bookmarked. All have a basswood though.
Still would be fun once the other kits come out. Could make a more artsy project out of a explorer style. |

Very interesting indeed. I would also suggest that you try out a cheap kit first. DOn't need to spend a lot of money on practicing how to build a guitar. After that, if you like it that much, get a more quality kit. I suggest not spending too much money on better tuners, pups on this first project tho.
