I made together a harmonic minor pentatonic modeline, to make it a bit more interesting to play.
I included a GP file with chords for those that find it interesting.
Attached File(s)
Attached File  harm_minor_penta.gp5 ( 2.21K ) Number of downloads: 163

Nice Lesson! You said something about how it can be overused, what do you exactly mean by that ? Any tips to not overuse it ?

Andrew Cockburn:
Yes ... play it less often.

Thanks for this interesting idea, kjutte. I never thought of putting the harmonic scale into pentatonic. Nice!
However, I found it a bit to fast. biggrin.gif I slowed it down a bit. smile.gif

I did 0.25 in GP. Personally I just watch the patterns, not the actual tab- in such a file.
Thanks though smile.gif

No problem. smile.gif I know that some people have difficulties with getting the right fingering, so they have to slow down. If you made 64th notes and slowed it down to 16th notes, itīs a bit too fast, sometimes.
See ya. smile.gif

Ah. Personally I make the guitarneck show the full pattern,so I won't have to check the tab itself. smile.gif
