Collaboration closed - participant maximum reached
Hello GMC and welcome to my second collaboration. I really enjoyed doing the first one and I hope to continue the same way in this second one. I created backing track that is in key of C major only. Tempo for this piece is 110bpm. Time signature is 4/4. Chord progression is following / C / E min7 / D min7 / G9 / C / E min7 / D min7 / Gsus4 G / = This is 1st section / A min / F / G / Gsus4 G/ = This is 2nd section / C / E min7 / D min7 G / C / = Last 4 bars of piece sound like 1st section Whole backing has 16 bars. Scale you can use to use is C major as well as C major pentatonic, A minor pentatonic and A blues scale. I encourage you to go for Arpeggios as well, repetition , sequence, motive development, question and answer phrasing etc. Be creative, improvise or compose and show me what you can do over it ! You can sign up in this thread and upload thread will be opened very soon. Upload your take here I would like to finish this collaboration by the end of December if possible. So if you get the chance to submit your takes by 25th , that would be awesome. Let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to your takes, Pedja List of participants : 1) OrganisedConfusion 2) Coffeeman 3) Enforcer - Recorded 4) SonofDestiny - Recorded 5) Marc_Maiden - Recorded 6) Oxac - Recorded 7) Velvet Roger - Recorded 8) Berko - Recorded 9) Caelumamittendum - Recorded 10) Sami - Recorded 11) Tolek - Recorded 12) ItsMe - not going to make it 13) Roythebattousai 14) coloneldrew - Recorded 15) superize - sick not going to make it 16) Zynex - Recorded 17) kjutte - Recorded 18) Matich- Recorded 19) wrk - Recorded 20) UncleSkillet - not going to make it ? 21) seaqull - problem with recording interface 22) Tjchep - Recorded 23) howermike - Recorded 24) Jesse - Recorded This post has been edited by Pedja Simovic: Dec 29 2008, 05:20 PM

-------------------- Crysis kicked arse. Gears of War unfortunately I thought was as good as wiping cottage cheese on a cat's head Hahahaha just imagine the cat hahahah The thing about being really stupid, is that there are a zillion ways to be a moron. There are usually several ways to be intelligent, given a situation, but it is a small finite number. But there are always a zillion ways to be to blithering idiot. So finding a new way to have the intellect of an artichoke is nothing to be proud of really, it is easy to do. So true... To bad im still an artichoke haha |
