A friend of mine had put together a 2 part video tutorial on utilizing on how to use the piano roll and implemt midi.

You need to push the boundaries from time to time and sacrifice some accuracy, your fingers and brain need to get used to you moving faster, you must always come back to comfortable speeds to improve accuracy of course but if you dont push the boundaries you`ll always be stuck there. -Smells
