I could hardly hear the backing and this is important to hear your rhythm over the backing. Make sure we can hear the backing next time. Even without the backing I think you had lines that are not perfectly in time. Vibrato is very inconsistent and should be slower and wider. I also think that your guitar was not perfectly in tune. When you hit the last couple of powerchords it was a bit disonant. Overall it's not bad but needs a bit more work.

It's hard to hear whats going on, but i do notice some timing/rhythm problems.
And also, guitar does sound untuned, especially on the harmonics.

As the others said there are some tuning and rhythm problems in your take, try to focus on what the drums are playing or practice with a click, like this you can for sure work on the rhythm thing. Oh, and the horns were perfect wink.gif
