Ok here is me playing Joe Kataldo's lesson "String Skipping Arpeggios Workout". I just want to add after seeing your comments about rhythm placement, that I find it a lot easier to keep in time with a simple drum beat or metronome on this lesson. There is something about this backing that I find difficult to keep in time with. I just wondered if you had any advice to staying in time with this backing?
You can see the original lesson here. String Skipping Arpeggios Workout Lesson I used an Ibanez GRG170DX, into a PODXT, into my computer. Matt This post has been edited by skennington: Jun 1 2009, 09:09 PM |

Rhythm placement 3,5
Cleanness 3,5 Feel 3,7 Posture 4 Sound 3,8 You need to be much more precise with rhythm placement. This one looks a bit hard for you but you can get to that level with some practicing. -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile

Rhythm placement 3
Cleanness 3.5 Feel 3 Posture 4 Sound 3.5 I definitely agree with Emir on this one. Rhythm placement is the key to make this come all together. It also looks like your right hand is not in sync with your left hand, almost like they are chasing each other. Work on it more I am sure you can get great grades on this one! -------------------- |
