Hey guys,

This is my first REC. I am trying to play the John Frusciante Style Lesson by Gabriel Leopardi but I think I made some arrangements. Not sure I am allowed to do that for the REC program. smile.gif

Video made with my Canon Powershot G9 camera and sound recorded with Reaper. Both merged with Windows Movie Maker. My gear is an Ibanez RG plugged in a POD 2.0 and directly in my computer via a Creative Audigy Platinium.

I think the guitar sound could be a bit louder.

Well, stopping the blah blah blah :

Nice take man! You played the solo very different! There are some timming problems but the overall is very good! As you said the guitar should be louder in the mix.

Gabriel is right about all he said. Your guitar has to be 300% louder than this. This take is not bad but can be improved a lot

Very cool take but sound is too low and with lots of space added, barely audible.

Like everybody mentioned, your guitar needs to be much louder here. Also there is some rhythm placement issues. I suggest you brake down lesson into parts and play with guitar pro and backing track until you get it 100% right.
