You should try to record your guitar in a recording software and mix the sound with the video. I could hardly hear the backing here. This take vas pretty ok, most of the time solid. I noticed that your guitar was not in tune. Be careful about these things because we're marking you down for something that didn't really need to happen.

Good take overall. Next time try recording audio in some sort of DAW and sync it later with your video file in Vegas or Windows Movie Maker.
