I'm having a very hard time learning sweep.i can do just about everything else but this keeps giving me a problem.i see where it says to angle pick toward you when going down and opposite going up.it just doesnt sound right when i do it.i feel like if i cant get this down im screwed learning some of the greatest lead riffs i here on here.anybody have some good advice or a good place to start.

indeed try Pavels sweeping lessons. at first sweeping seems totally impossible and it sound crap! but if you start out really slow and just practice, practice and practice the same thing over and over again you'll make it
