This board is pretty dead, so I doubt you will get an answer.
I asked the same question about a month ago and still nothing. But I think I've figured something out: If you wanna sign up for the beginner program do it this thread. If you wanna sign up for the standard MTP program, wait for the next phase. MTP has been starting every 3 months so there is no activity in this board except when MTP new round starts.
The next session should start June 1 so expect to see a new thread for signups at the end of May. You can sign up for any instructor that you want if he is available for teaching. Basically, there will assignments and REC takes that you will need to complete in the MTP.
