Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 7.5 or higher.

Gear: Schecter Devil Custom + Line6 Toneport GX I think my sound settings weren't to good, even though the open E string notes were palm muted they haven't sounded as tight when played few times in row. Of course this may have more skill oriented reasons... This post has been edited by skennington: Jun 25 2011, 06:58 PM -------------------- |

Hey Marek !
I had better not grade this as I'm biased due to giving this lesson to you as a private lesson so let's turn it over to some other instructors -------------------- |

Hey Marek!
I think it's a very good take! The only thing which you should perfect would be the time slips occurring here and there and your definition - some notes sound a little unclear because off the speed -------------------- My music:

This is a very good take! Try to get the muted parts more aggressive (use stronger palm muting) and fast switches between riffs more defined. Overall, very good take!

I think the only problem here is timing, and getting those palm muted picking as tight as possible. Everything is pretty good!
