Your personal favourite youtube-excuses for not being able to perform at top level?
No need to name the userid just paste the comment in here. I just ran into this good one  "please don't mind the mistakes as I have just spent three days in bed with pneumonia"

I hate anyone who titles their videos like this:
"Insanely amazing guitar solo!! Best ever?!" "Super metal shred guitar 260bpm" With the following, "I am playing super fast, faster than most, so excuse the mistakes..." Hate those things. I can't stand a lot of videos where they play as fast and sloppy as possible, but expect gorgeous comments because they have a Jem. |

I can't find one now but I hate it when people make excuses like that. If its not your best effort, then keep recording it until you get it right. Don't post something sub-par.

Kind of related. I like the comments left on my some my REC vids years later sometimes. My favorite which was Adrians No Led Quarter lesson.
The comment was "you don't quite have the riff there i don't think.." No kidding... genius. -------------------- Had a guitar hanging, just about waist high, and we are going to play these things until the day we die. |
