Hey GMC,
i joined GMC in year 2007 and was one of the first 1000 users here:) Than i had a little GMC break of 3 months in 2009, came back and really enjoyed the time being in the MTP program with one of the former instructors Pedja Simovic. After the MTP programm stopped i left GMC for another break. So my last post here in the forum was on May 2010 in the REC section (http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=35047&hl=) But you all know GMC is a great place to be and so i'm back again Some personal information: My name is Roman and i'm 24 years old. I finally finished my studies last year and i hope i will have much more time now after work for studying the guitar now At the moment i can't play guitar, because i had a surgery on my left shoulder and have to wait 6 weeks before i'm allowed to move my left arm again. But i'm really looking forward to that day i can move my arm again and then i will start a new subscription here and the guitar studies goes on For the time being i will be around in the forum here and talk to you guys Have a nice day! Roman Hey Roman. I hope everything will be right with your shoulder and you can start playing as soon as possible! I totally know how it is, since I dislocated my left shoulder as well 2 years ago on Aikido training. The worst part was no guitar playing! But after surgery everything was getting better and better. Cheers mate, great to have you here -------------------- |

Hey guys,
thanks for your warm welcome! Welcome to back Roman.. nice to meet you ! What happened to your shoulder, if you don't mind me asking ? Hey Ben, no problem i will explain it It happened on my last summer holidays (August 2011) at gran canaria. I was surfing with a bodyboard in the atlantic ocean. Suddenly a huge wave came up to me and i was happy to surf it This pushed my left arm backwards and my glenoid labrum in my shoulder (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glenoid_labrum) was torn. My doctor said it's necessary to refix that with an Arthroscopic surgery which i had almost two weeks ago. And now i have to wait 6 weeks before i can move my left arm again carefully cheers Roman -------------------- My gear:

Hey guys,
again, many thanks for your nice comments! Welcome back Roman! Glad to see veterans re-joining Enjoy your time and while you're at it, how about taking a peak over here -> Cosmin's Licks Wokshop one new lick each week and discussions on creative ways to use them see you around mate Cosmin Cosmin you are one of the reasons why i re-joined, apart from the fact that gmc is the best guitar community out in the net. I love your modern metal lessons and your style of teaching here at GMC. I will join the workshop soon, if my arm is healthy again Hey Roman welcome back. Good to see some old members coming back Hey Isac, thanks! I saw your Guitar star thread from Kris on december. (http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=41932) with your rec take compilation and i was really impressed! I thought: Wow Isac becomes a guitar god now and it was the worst decision in my life that i left gmc and lost the focus of practicing Welcome back! Hey Todd, thanks and i hope everything is fine now after your six months break. Being healthy is so important in life For the time being i will do some theory stuff and be around in the forum Ouch ! That hurt me just reading about it ! Hey Ben, yeah it was kinda painful, but it becomes better and better This post has been edited by edguy: Jan 15 2012, 12:19 PM -------------------- My gear:
