I'm not thinking on getting one but I tried the one that you posted in the pic and I really recommend it for adding more gain to your solos. Used as an overdrive is also good but if you play metal and you want more and cool sustain/drive, this is a great choice!

I use TS9 reissue version, and it's my favorite pedal ever. Only one I kept. It adds great mids, and chunky feel on the single notes, really nicely cuts through the mix. Always useful to have in your guitar case/bag.

I have it in the software version, but I had the chance to try it live, really worth every penny !

Here's what I use....
I REALLY like the 10% "boost". Works great live. It's just-enough boost for solos, or to just get slightly more gain. LOVE that pedal!!
